Mr. Andrews in-charge of MY BOSS operations is trained by the Police Training Academy and serves in the Tamil Nadu Home Guard (Civil Defense) for more than 10 years. His business acumen and organizational capabilities has developed the agency into a force of personnel who are ready for any challenges they are faced with. He has gained this knowledge via the training and experience over the years when managing security for leading organizations across the city.
In respect of our Guarding services, MY BOSS provides smartly uniformed, highly trained and well supervised guards who are responsible for the security and safety of assets, personnel and property, against losses due to thefts, pilferage, intrusions and fire.

Selection:
Utmost attention is given to recruitment of personnel in accordance with stringent parameters laid down as a group policy. This includes education age (25-45), physical fitness and background. All employees are subjected to rigorous vetting. Further, our internal security department in each region is responsible for verification and backgrounds checks on service records of each employee.
Police verification:
All security personnel are thoroughly screened and verified and provide police records before selection. Complete details of place of residence, references, photographs, fingerprints and employment history are kept on record.
Training:
Before deployment, it is mandatory for all MY BOSS employees to undertake a basic security training course, which imparts necessary skills to perform duties. In addition to lessons on basic guarding skills, they are taught with the rudiments of fire fighting and first aid.
